Training Overview

Training Session

Individual Training

TThe individual training session focuses on enhancing technical and physical development, including coordination, balance, agility, speed, and quickness. These athletic abilities are essential for competing at a high level. The skills are showcased at a fast pace, repeated regularly, and practiced at the speed of actual gameplay. Our goal is to train at the same speed as in real games. The athlete must demonstrate mastery and comprehension of these skills over time in both training sessions and match play before introducing more advanced skill sets.

Group Training

The group training aims to enhance both tactical and psychological capabilities. Tactical growth encompasses functional training, positional awareness, decision-making, vision, applying learned skills in both practice and game settings. Psychological development targets creativity, mental acuity, focus, problem-solving under pressure in training and matches, as well as instilling confidence. Additional areas of emphasis include maturity, receptivity to feedback, commitment, work ethic, performance, communication skills, and football intelligence.

The U8-U11

Their training focuses on enhancing individual technical skills, agility, speed, and coordination through competitive interactions with players of similar skill levels. They learn to apply these skills through teamwork in group sessions, emphasizing the importance of group dynamics at this age. Groups are formed based on players' maturity, skill level, and development, comprising 3-4 players each. Two training sessions per week are mandatory.

The U11-U17

This training is divided into two parts: individual and group training. Individual training focuses on developing technical skills, speed, agility, coordination, positional awareness, and mental strength. The second part involves group training, where players apply their technical skills, deepen their tactical understanding, and adjust to the speed of play. Players are assigned to groups based on their skills and tactical knowledge. Two training sessions per week are mandatory.
